Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase we offer a 14 day Return Policy

 To return an item you will need to acquire and (RMA) Return Merchandise Authorization

 Please contact our customer service dept. to acquire this form by emailing us 

 Please note your return must be accompanied by the following:

• Returns must be returned in salable condition packaged in its original packaging and in the same condition as it left
• Returns must be accompanied with the RA# on the package
• A copy of your original invoice must be included in the package
• and please include the reason for your return    

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.  Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the merchandise is deemed resalable and in good condition

Then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
